Woman (45) arrested in investigation into murder for hire via dark web

A 45-year-old woman without a permanent place of residence has been arrested in an investigation into ordering a murder. That would have happened via the dark web, reports the Rotterdam police. The woman was arrested on Friday on suspicion of involvement in the case. The police do not say whether she herself is behind the assignment.
